Javob: I know they all match across the range now, but I'm not sure about older models. I would suggest taking a small part with the connection you have and finding a place that has the new ones in stock and on display. Then ask if you can try the connections for compatibility. -

Javob: If it is within the 1 year period after purchase, first contact the seller as they are legally obliged to repair or replace the item at their cost if it is faulty. If they prove unwilling, get in touch with which as they have a boiler plate set of actions on what to do in this situation. -

Javob: Yes - the enclosed picture-based instructions show it drawing water from a butt, using the approved Karcher hose which has a filter at the suction end. It probably works just as well using a regular hose as long as your source is uncontaminated by debris. -
