Nulastin Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum is a product designed to give fuller and thicker brows, as well as longer lashes. The brow applicator has a spoolie brush and eyeliner style brush, allowing precise application. The serum is more concentrated for brows and has a higher concentration of active ingredients, which isn't suitable for the eye area because it's more sensitive.
