The drivers are pre-loaded in Windows 10 making it easy to use. The product is easy to set up, its sound quality is excellent and impresses users with its uncomplicated usage. The "mute" button is an added bonus for conference calls. Despite some complaints about the price being too high, the product is effective and simple to use.
