They enjoy the feeling of being transported back in time and witnessing the ancient story come to life. They also commend Brad Pitt for his portrayal of Achilles, saying that he brings the character's greatness and historical significance to the forefront. However, one customer had a negative experience with the DVD, as it kept freezing up despite being newly purchased. They suspect that they might have received a re-copied version disguised as new. Overall, the Troy DVD generally receives positive feedback from customers who appreciate the movie and its portrayal of Greek mythology. However, there have been isolated incidents of issues with the DVD quality, which customers should be wary of.
