    отвечать: Unfortunately I can't seem to find exactly what PCIE revision the M.2 key A/E slot uses, so I'm going to assume PCIE 2.0, but it could be as slow as PCIE 1.0. If that's the case, theoretical speeds could be anywhere from 500MB/s all the way down to 250MB/s. M.2 key A/E only has two individual PCIE X1 lanes, and they can't be combined as an X2. So definitely way slower than the SSD could handle, but faster and more consistent than a hard drive... Theoretically.

It will only work with PCIE/NVME drives, NOT SATA. If the adapter fits, but your SSD won't, you can use an M.2 key M extension to attach to this adapter and place the SSD somewhere else. As a storage drive it should be fine, but I haven't tried to boot off of the WiFi slot, so results may vary depending on the system.
