It can be used to replace other models and is considered plug and play in most cases. The unit can be installed in various locations, such as the back of a van. The use of the Sig. post is optional but will provide the ability to connect chassis and cabin batteries. It is recommended to contact the manufacturer for guidance on using multiple units wired in parallel. The device is compatible with any amp alternator.
