The Pit Workout [DVD]

The Pit Workout DVD has received a mix of reviews from customers, with some expressing disappointment while others praise it as the best martial arts workout on DVD. Conversely, a black belt in martial arts found this workout to be exactly what they were looking for, as it provided a different and intense workout specifically designed to enhance martial arts training and overall fitness. They appreciated the no-nonsense approach to training and the demanding calisthenics exercises. Another customer described it as a rough, old-school workout with a focus on MMA techniques, emphasizing the challenging nature of the exercises. However, it was also noted that this workout is more suitable for individuals with experience or knowledge in martial arts or boxing. The review highlights the lack of emphasis on technique, as the trainer focuses more on pushing endurance rather than correct form. The intensity of the workout is Consistently praised, with one customer describing it as a killer workout that provides real results when followed Consistently. It is also emphasized that this is not an easy workout and is best suited for days when the individual is feeling their best. Overall, while some customers were disappointed in the workout, others found it to be intense and fulfilling, particularly for those with prior experience in martial arts.
